I made this kimono with a neckline as open as that of a haori.
I can also wear the collar folded back.
I made it from pure white linen and dyed it with sawtooth oak.
I can use the linen cord as an obi.
I added two-tiered pockets on both sides.
I connected the right sleeve near the wrist with linen gauze, and I can roll up the sleeve and secure it with hidden buttons.
I gave the left sleeve a traditional tamoto pocket.
I added deep side slits at the hem and sewn gauze along the bottom edge.
I hand-stitched it with linen thread, focusing especially around the collar.

羽織ほど首元が開いた着物です。
襟は折り返して着用することもできます。
真っ白な麻布を用い、クヌギで染めました。
麻紐を帯としてお使いいただけます。
両脇には二段構造のポケットを備えています。
右袖は手首付近を麻ガーゼでつないでおり、隠しボタンで留めて袖をまくることができます。
左袖には袂があります。
脇裾には深いスリットを入れ、裾にはガーゼを縫い付けています。
襟まわりを中心に、麻糸による手縫いを施しています。
作品説明としてもう少し工芸的・詩的な表現に寄せることもできます。
