The long coat and cape are independent pieces that can be attached as one using buttons on the left, right, and back of the neck.
* About the coat
When I wear it with the left front overlapping the outside, I use three buttons; when I wear it with the right front on the outside, I use one button and a strap coming from the waist edge of the double-layered right front panel.
I used soft, slightly thick linen for the inside of the right front, the facing, and the back collar.
The pockets are double-tiered.
I inserted soft melton fabric around the elbows to create volume in the sleeves.
* About the cape
Like the coat, the front is double-layered with wool and linen, and matching fabric straps drop from the bottom front hem of each layer for me to tie together.
The sleeves feature numerous buttonholes, where I can thread a thin, matching linen strap through whichever hole I prefer to cinch or secure them.

・コートについて
右前で着る際は3つのボタン、左前で着る際はひとつのボタンと、二重になった右前身頃の前端ウエスト部分から出る紐を使います。
右前身頃の内側、身返し、裏襟は柔らかな麻を使用。
ポケットは二階建て。
袖の肘あたりは膨らみを出すために柔らかいメルトン生地を差し込んでいます。

・ケープについて
前身頃はコートの前身頃と同じように、ウールと麻の二重となっており、それぞれ前下端から共地の紐が垂れ、それらを結んで着ます。
袖には沢山のボタンホールがあり、好きなところに袖用の細い麻の共地の紐を通して細くしたり固定したりします。
