Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@anen.co.jp. Items must be sent to the following address: anen / Iijima, 4-2586-20 Hanazono, Tokorozawa-shi, Saitama 359-0047, Japan.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishables (such as food, fresh flowers, and plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Customs and Import Duties

Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return or refund.
